Dr. Stephen Bizal, D.C. America's
Wellness Coach, is the founder of the Wellness Coaching Institute and Wellness Coaching Academy.
He is the creater of the Wellness MasteryTM EmPOWERment Programs and author of the critically
acclaimed book "The Optimal Life, Empowering Health, Healing & Longevity" (2008). HIs "Wellness/Lifestyle
Medicine & Healthy-Aging" program has been approved for CME's for medical doctors and CEU's for chiropractors

Certifications in Industrial Consulting (1991) and Disability Evaluation (1992) from Southern California University
of Health Sciences.

Dr. Zuzana Bic, Dr.P.H., MUDr. International speaker and the author of "No More Headaches, No More Migraines" (1999) and the recently released "Educating Instead of Medicating in Public Health" (2009). She is currently a Doctor of Public Health/Health Promotion and an Education Preventive Care
Specialist, Department of Population Health and Disease Prevention, Public Health Program, College of Health Sciences,
University of California, Irvine, and the recipient of UCI's coveted "Professor of The Year"
Award 2009 for the College of Health Sciences. In 2010 Dr. Bic was appointed to the Leadership
Board, American Diabetes Association, Orange County, CA. Dr. Bic, is the author and lecturer of numerous
continuing medical education (CME) programs and the author of numerous scientific publications and articles on migraine headache
research. She received her Medicine Universe Doctor, MUDr., General Medicine and Public Health, King Charles University, Prague, Czech
Republic (1980) and Doctor of Public Health, Dr.P.H., at Loma Linda University, School of Public Health, Preventive Care
and Lifestyle Medicine Program (1997).

Dr. Colette Bizal, Sc.D., CMT, WHP Founder and Director of Sky Hill Institute, Petaluma, CA, Sky Hill Institute is the first wholistic health practitioner and wholistic
massage therapy programs in California. Colette is a former faculty
member and Assistant Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at the University of New Hampshire and a research fellow at the Research
Institute of Scripps Clinic, La Jolla, California. She is the co-author and contributing editor of "The Wholisitc Life Center's Healthy Meals for Busy Lives Recipe Book" and past Director of Education and Co-Director of the School of Massage and Healing
at the Wholistic Life Center in Washburn, Missouri (1991-2005). Dr. Bizal earned her B.S. in Biology (1979) and
M.S. in Exercise Physiology (1983) from Pennsylvania State University and received her Doctorate in
Physiology from Harvard University (1990).

Dr. Marilyn Joyce, RD, Ph.D. Author of the best-selling books “5 Minutes to Health,” a comprehensive guide to optimum health and longevity, and “Instant Energy: The 5 Keys to Unlimited Energy & Vitality!”. Marilyn has more than 25 years experience as a Nutrition and Health Educator and Coach, is an active
member of both the American and California Dietetic Associations and the former Director of Nutrition (1994) for the
Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Brea, CA. Dr. Joyce has been featured in well known publications including Holistic
Health, Cosmopolitan, and Woman’s Day. Dr. Joyce earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Human
Nutrition from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada (1982), M.S. in Psychology from University of
Santa Monica, CA (2000), and Ph.D. in Psychology from University of Dorchester (2003).

Dr. Donald L. Jolly-Gabriel, Ph.D. Director of Hyperbaric Medicine at the Whitaker Wellness Institute in Newport Beach, CA, and Chairman and President of the Richard A. Neubauer Research Institute, a leader
in Hyperbaric Medicine research. Dr. Jolly established Oxygen Therapy Programs in Africa, Romania, the Philippines, Mexico
and California and holds numerous awards and honors for his personal humanitarian efforts throughout the world including
the coveted Mother Theresa Award for Hyperbaric Medicine Services to the Indigent. Dr. Jolly received
his B.A. from the University of New York and received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from California
Christian University.
